Ones to Watch is a film programme for young people aged 18-30 years providing skills based training in programming and running film events that are much more than your average cinema!

Learn new skills in Festival and Event programming and management and get hands on training in what it takes to deliver film events with a wow factor!

Running between March and November every year, Ones to Watch has previously programmed and delivered events for Halloween, Stendhal Outdoor Music and Arts Festival, Youth 19, Northern Ireland Science Festival, Foyle Film Festival and much more.

  • Distribution, Licencing and Exhibition
  •  Finding your audience and reaching them through Social Media
  •  Event Management skills
  •  Production skills in film craft including make up and SFX, film production and live performance
  •  Access Industry networking events and learn more about careers in film exhibition and events
