Join Maggie McKeever for this special online yoga and meditation session to leave all your daily distractions behind

Maggie is highly experienced and passionate about making yoga accessible, community-based and useful for navigating the ups and downs of everyday life. Whether you are a beginner or more experienced, she will guide you through the movements for different abilities throughout this special 60-minute class.

This workshop will invite you to set an intention for Spring, explore grounding tools, an embodied movement practice and end with yoga nidra - a guided rest meditation. So come along and soothe the mind!
