Job Opportunities: Community Engagement Officer and Digital Resources Developer

The Decade of Centenaries remembers the events which took place from 1912 to 1922, beginning with the signing of the Ulster Covenant in 1912 and ending with civil war and the partition of the island in 1922. The events which took place in Ireland and worldwide, including the First World War and the Easter Rising, made this an era of change, conflict and great social upheaval.

The Nerve Centre, in partnership with the Tower Museum, is delivering the Decade of Commemorations project, which, through a creative, multi-disciplinary approach, allows participants to explore this shared history.

The programme offers cross-community engagement, exhibitions, workshops, training sessions, discussion groups, digital education and heritage visits.

The Decade of Commemorations project is part of Derry City & Strabane District Council’s Peace IV programme.
