Nerve Centre, with support from the Heritage Lottery Fund, is collating information for a Northern Ireland-wide cultural heritage programme exploring the impact of 1968 – the civil rights movement in Northern Ireland, the European and international context of this turbulent year, and its legacy 50 years on.

The programme will open up an inclusive dialogue around some of our most contested history and reflect on contemporary issues through archive materials, museum collections, photography, film, and visual art.

Organisations and groups involved in events or activity relating to 1968 are invited to send details of their events for inclusion in a regionally distributed print programme and marketing and social media campaign.

Please submit your event information via this form or email Karen Friel: k.friel@nervecentre.org.
