What ID do you accept?

We accept the following VALID (i.e in date) photographic ID - Driving license, Passport and Student ID.

Expired ID will not be accepted. You must be 18+ at the time of entering the performance (unless otherwise stated). Photographs of ID will not be accepted. Damaged ID is not valid.

Electoral Cards ARE NOT accepted. 

 

My ID is expired. Can I still use it?

Expired ID will not be accepted.

 

I have a new ID but I don’t want to lose it, can I show you a photo of the new one and bring my old one?

Expired ID will not be accepted. Copies of IDs are not accepted.

 

- TICKETS -

 

If you purchased a ticket online you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your tickets. Click this link to print your tickets OR download them onto your phone so that they can be scanned by our staff.  

If you haven’t received an email please contact our box office on 028 71 260 562.

Duplicate copies of ticket/s will be detected by our scanners and you will be refused entry. A refund will not be issued.

If your phone screen is cracked or broken then bring a hardcopy of your ticket/s for scanning. Entry will be refused if the scanner can’t pick up the barcode.

 

How many tickets are left for the gig?

We don’t provide sales updates. If the gig/event is sold-out we’ll update the event listing on our website. Don’t delay in booking your ticket/s so you’re not disappointed on the night. Most of our events sell-out in advance.

 

Do I have to print my ticket?

Printing your tickets can speed up the process of getting to the gig/event, however if you have your ticket saved on your phone, our scanners can still pick up the barcode so long as your screen is not damaged.

 

How much are tickets?

Is the gig sold out?

We don’t provide sales updates. If the gig/event is sold-out we’ll update the event listing on our website. Don’t delay in booking your ticket/s so you’re not disappointed on the night. Most of our events sell-out in advance.

 

Can I pay at the door?

Tickets can be purchased on the door, subject to availability. Don’t delay in booking your ticket/s so you’re not disappointed on the night. Most of our events sell-out in advance.

 

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased via our website www.nervecentre.org/whats-on,  at our box office on Magazine St, Derry or by ringing 028 7126 0562.

 

Will more tickets be released?

No, ticket sales are set at maximum.

 

I’ve lost my ticket! What do I do?

If the tickets you bought online are misplaced just print again from the link in your confirmation email or please contact reception on 028 7126 0562 and they will be happy to reissue your tickets. Make sure you have your order confirmation number handy.

If your tickets were purchased via our box office in person and you didn’t provide a name or email address then unfortunately we will be unable to help you.  

 

I can’t attend anymore. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately all sales are final. We cannot offer a refund for your ticket or transfer it to a different event.

 

My ID wasn’t accepted last night and I couldn’t get in. Can I get a refund?

Your ID must fit the criteria stated above. If you don’t fit the criteria you will be refused entry and you will not be offered a refund.

 

Is it safe to buy from ticket resale sites and/or a friend?

No, tickets are not transferable. Duplicate copies of ticket/s will be detected by our scanners and you will be refused entry. A refund will not be issued.

I lost an item belong to me? Has it been found?
